As the walls continue to crumble in her life, the latest report is that Britney Spears has just lost temporary custody of her two boys.
A judge has decided that Kevin Federline will get custody of sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, starting this Wednesday. At a hearing in the Federline v. Spears custody case in Los Angeles Monday, the court ordered that Federline take care of the children he shares with ex-wife Britney Spears until further order of the court.
This is shocking news. It is nearly impossible to lose your kids in the state of California. There are meth-addicted mothers smoking smack with their kids all over the place. Britney must be a bigger screw up than we ever even suspected!

Wow, we all saw it coming, but wow. She is probably thrilled. I refuse to believe that someone that acted the way she did actually wanted those children in her life. So sad…. for them
I agree with 305. Britney didn’t behave like a mother being watched by the legal system. If that me, I’d stay out of the spotlight and be on my best behavior. She thumbed her nose at everyone and took nothing seriously. She didn’t want to handle the responsibility of being a mom to two small children. Girlfriend shouldn’t even have a Cabbage Patch Kid.
Wow. It seemed like the judge wasn’t going to play games and obviously he is not. I think it is good for her and most of all good for the children. She needs to get her shit together QUICK.

JC, normally they would, but would you really trust those kids with Lynn Spears? Or Kevin’s parents? Both sets of grandparents have proven they’re as unfit to raise children as the parents are. There’s no way to foster the kids out due to concerns for their safety, and there’s no one else to take them.

Hm. Okay, on the one hand you have someone that’s desperate for fame and a bit of a douche… on the other– well, I can’t even begin to describe. I think it’s as good a decision as they can reach… Federline seems like he would have Lynne Spears greatly involved in the kids’ rearing, as opposed to completely cutting her out. I don’t know really… I don’t care much for either party, but I appreciate that Federline at least put on an appearance (to some, although I believe he was somewhat sincere) of taking the court’s actions seriously.
No surprise here and I don’t even feel all that bad for her. Kevin didn’t do this to her, she did this to herself. She was irresponsible, reckless and out of control. Her constant partying and vajayjay flashing did not help her case. Now who is she going to turn to? Who is going to help her? She made it perfectly clear that her family’s advice and support wasn’t good enough. She is a mess, actually this whole thing is a god-damn fucking mess. Poor children.
I don’t think Britney’s mom has the stagemom syndrome at all. To me it seems like she gave her life up to fulfill her greedy daughter’s dreams. This must mean that she failed those drug tests the judge ordered last week. Now she will either straighten her life up (hopefully) or be happy that she doesn’t have the kids in the way of her partying.

I have to say that I am very thankful that the legal system has finally done the right thing. I feel a little better in a world where there is justice and protection for the kids. Hey, somebody call Brangelina- let them know there are two kids in need of parents. Perhaps they’ll step in. Can you imagine that media circus? Just kidding!
As a wife and mother I can honestly say that the mother is always preferential to the father in any custody situation. I am happily married to the father of my kids, but I have watched as friends have divorced and the dad always gets screwed. Good for Kevin- now he just needs to be a good dad.
My first reaction to this is that she’s bound to do something that will prove fatal. Whether it be suicide or an overdose, it’s coming. She must have failed her drug tests for this action to be taken. She really needs to be in a mental hospital at this point.

Considering the breakdown she had @ the drug testing place and the fact the kids are being taken immediately and no hearing was scheduled, I think its pretty obvious she failed the drug test(s) and probably with something pretty dangerous.
