Although she continues to be under a strict conservatorship, more and more signs are emerging indicating that the old Britney Spears is back.
The 27-year-old starlet is back to her brunette roots and old stomping grounds as she drove herself, in a white Mercedes, Benz, to a Calabasas, CA nail salon and Starbucks today (July 2).
With Marlboro lights and Blackberry in hand, she was accompanied by a bodyguard and was all smiles for photogs which is out of character for the Britney we’ve seen in recent months.

You forgot to mention that she’s wearing her “I’m crazy” boots.
Why doesn’t she have a stylist? Or just someone to come by a few times a year to show her different clothes and outfits to buy? She is basically wearing cowboy boots and a pearl necklace.

Are you kidding me? Just because she has brown hair, goes to a nail salon and is smiling it means she is crazy? Well then half the girls in America must be as well! I think people are just waiting for her to fall, but I truly believe that she is past that dark point in her life and is really in a good place now. Leave her alone!

Nobody ever said she was the best dresser in the world but that doesn’t make her crazy. She’s on a break from her tour and she’s running errands. Wow, that’s huge news.
People need to let this go; the “old” Britney is dead and buried. In fact I think it was a fake Britney. As much as I cannot stand her, at least these last couple of years she hasn’t been fake.
