Like they say, it’s all fun and games until someone tattoos an eye out!
Rihanna enjoyed an evening out last night (July 1) in New York CIty when she was joking around with friends and wound up tattooing three of the artists at East Side Ink with umbrellas and the letter R.
It now appears that the singer was breaking the law by picking up a pen because she’s not a licensed tattoo artist and could be hit with three misdemeanors.
The NYC Health Department plans to investigate.

Really? It doesn’t really seem like that big a deal if the tattoo artists consented to it and were there while she was doing it. I can completely understand why it would be forwned upon though, I mean it’s pretty invasive procedure and if something went wrong I bet it wouldn’t be a joke anymore.
