Proving that a mother’s work is never done, Jennifer Garner was seen dropping off her daughter Violet at school yet again today (July 2) in Santa Monica, CA.
Dressed in a casual stripped tee, flood pants and white flats, the 37-year-old mom appeared to be in good spirits as she performed her daily domestic duty.
Meanwhile, Jen says she will “kick the ass” of anyone who makes fun of her husband Ben Affleck.
The actress apparently clashed with her Catch and Release director Kevin Smith because she didn’t understand he wasn’t making serious attacks on her man.
He explains: “Jennifer does not share the same sense of humour as me — she did not like my jokes. I was picking on Ben Affleck and making fun of him because I’ve known him for a really long time and Jennifer goes, ‘You know, if you keep saying stuff about him, I’m going to kick you’re ass.’ And she could, I’ve seen Alias. She has a real girly sense of humour and didn’t understand that I was kidding.”
During his chat with fans, the one-time indie filmmaker went on to praise Jen’s husband. “Ben is one of the most intelligent people on the planet,” he said. “He will run for office and one day be President, and then we’ll smoke a joint in the Oval Office. He’s very well-spoken and been brought up extremely well, but he’s filthy!”
