Megan Fox has a tendancy to put her foot in her mouth and now it appears that it’s getting the young starlet into hot water.
When director Michael Bay was asked about Megan’s criticism of his films for being special-effects-driven and not offering any real acting opportunities, he replied: “Well, that’s Megan Fox for you. She says some very ridiculous things because she’s 23 years old and she still has a lot of growing to do. You roll your eyes when you see statements like that and think, ‘Okay Megan, you can do whatever you want. I got it.”
He continued to add: “But I 100% disagree with her. Nick Cage wasn’t a big actor when I cast him, nor was Ben Affleck before I put him in Armageddon. Shia LaBeouf wasn’t a big movie star before he did Transformers — and then he exploded. Not to mention Will Smith and Martin Lawrence, from Bad Boys. Nobody in the world knew about Megan Fox until I found her and put her in Transformers. I like to think that I’ve had some luck in building actors’ careers with my films.”
Might we have a new celebrity feud in the works? We await Megan’s foolhardy response.

Megan would be NOWHERE without Michael Bay. She’s an ungrateful snot who tries to make headlines by saying outrageous things.

Megan comes off like an idiot every time she opens her mouth. I love the fact that he basically said grow up and do your job. Nobody on the planet gave two craps about her before that movie so yeah he is right.

Ha! I’m glad he said something, he has every right to! He was the one that made Megan a star and for her to criticise his work and the movie that she is starring in in any way is just really rude and pretty stupid of her. I don’t think she really intends to though, I think she wants to be taken seriously but she’s going the wrong way about it. I think she is gorgeous, but she desperately needs some lessons in how to handle the media.
Sorry, as much as I hate Megan Fox for being such an idiot, I have to agree with her. Micheal Bay did NOT make Will Smith and Martin Lawrance, they were all well known stars (rapper, comic) before his movies.
Michael Bay ruins movies! it’s just one explosion after another. I feel sick just watching all the pretty lights from the bombs going off.
I agree, Megan shouldn’t bite the hand that feeds her but someone needs to tell Micheal Bay that we want a story, not pure non stop explosions. Yawn….
