Lindsay Lohan turned the streets of Beverly Hills, CA into her own personal catwalk yesterday (July 1) as she changed from one ensemble to another while making her way about town.
The troubled starlet is set to ring in her 23rd birthday today by having “a small private party with friends in LA.” Afterwards she might book it to Long Island with her mom Dina and sister Ali to spend time with her family.
Lilo officially kicked off the festivities last week when she was paid $70 000 to host a pool party at Las Vegas’s MGM Grand.

Does she ever eat? Seriously, is she vegan, or is she on some other extreme diet plan? She is just straight up and down with no curves, no hips. She didn’t used to look this way.
