Hilary Swank got to work on the set of The Resident in New York City today (July 1) with co-star Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

The two looked to having a great filming day as they walk through a park and chatted over coffee on this warm summer day in the Big Apple.

In the upcoming psyhcological thriller, Hilary plays a doctor who moves into a Brooklyn loft. Becoming suspicious that she’s not alone in her new home, she discovers her landlord (Morgan) is a stalker.

Finnish music video director Antti J. Jokinen will be at the helm of the picture from a script he co-wrote with Savior’s Robert Orr.

This is not the first time Hilary and Jeffery have joined forces. They were last seen on the big screen together in 2007’s P.S. I Love You.
