Joshua Jackson is back in his home and native land.
The Canadian-born actor was all smiles (and an assortment of other facial gestures) while shooting the second season of his hit series Fringe in his hometown of Vancouver on Monday (June 29).
Joshua recently reavealed that he was excited to be moving back home and looking forward to sharing the west coast lifestyle with his glamorous girlfriend Diane Kruger.
“It’s great for me to be able to go home and take Diane and show her in the middle of summer what Vancouver can be like,” he says.
And what do you know — today is Canada Day. Chins up, Canucks!

Him & Diane make a lovely couple. I like that they’re very low key.
Something about some of this Canadian men…so sexy like Ryan Reynolds…..perhaps not letting their celebrity status going to their heads. Definately staying low key is sexy!!
