Lady Gaga was spotted wearing a hair covered hat in the shape of a button in Whalley Range, Manchester, UK yesterday (June 29).
While she’s known for her headline-grabbing outfits, it isn’t only outrageous fashion that GaGa is is into. The Poker Face singer also endorses sexual responsibility and wants to set a good example to her fans when it comes to the bedroom.
“I want to make it fashionable to have safe sex,” the singer tells The Sun. “You must be safe.”
She adds: “You can have sex with hundreds of people with a condom on and get nothing. If you have sex without one, then you could get all sorts of problems.”

who the hell designs her overall clown look? She looks totally ridiculous in those costumes.
It doesn’t piss me off at all, every damn single person who promotes safe sex is worth an applause. And with the image she has, is refreshing to have such a twist on it. Young people do not want nor listen to moral preachings, so putting it her way might work them a bit better.
