It’s the Bonus Jonas - otherwise known as 8-year-old Frankie, the youngest Jonas Brother.
With him is 9-year-old actress Noah Cyrus, Miley’s lil’ sis.
They were at the premiere last night (June 28) of Disney’s upcoming movie, Ponyo, at the Mann Village Theatre in Los Angeles.

Big fan of Hayao Miyazaki… I saw the trailer and Ponyo on the Cliff just oozes sweet and adorable. I’ll definitely see it.

^Hairball, seriously. The first thing I noticed was that she’s wearing makeup. Second thing I noticed is that she’s probably going to need a fair amount of dental work like her sis.
