When Marc Jacobs debuted his new ridiculously over-priced Louis Vuitton plastic carry-bags from the designer’s spring ‘07 collection, everyone wondered: What fool would pay so much for this crap?

Well wonder no more! Rock & roll princess Kelly Osborne was spotted near her London home with said Louis Vuitton tote, worth a whopping $2500!

But somehow I don’t think the ‘Chicago’ star actually forked over a single penny for what is essentially nothing more than a plastic laundry bag with an LV stamp.

    As a Nigerian, we all know what this is, this bag is called “Ghana must Go” it cost even less than $1 and we have been carrying this thing since we were a nation. To think anyone would buy this for $2500 is beyond me. I should go buy some from Nigeria and sell to all these rich f**ks! I can make a whole lotta money

    The bag is bad but her hat/scarf combo is pretty cute. Kelly’s kind of annoying, yes, but she’s way better than the Paris and Britney’s of the world, come on.

    That bag really is ridiculous. I remember seeing them when they were first released and just laughing. How is that fashionable? Every man and his dog has a bag just like this from the drug store down the road. She looks like a hobo here…and not a fashionable one either. Her tattoos are so random as well….kind of like Amy Winehouse’s. The colored ones look really tacky to me.

    I saw a bag at Neiman Marcus by Yves St. Laurent that cost $27,000. Like they say, a fool and his money are soon parted and you’d have to be a damn fool to spend that kind of dough on a bag.

    Hah! Those bags are everywhere in Asia particularly in China. There are like somewhat disposable bags used for carrying things like clothes, pots and pans, junk and what nots. i hate to say this but it’s like luggage bags for the poor who can’t afford proper bags. serious. perhaps marc jacobs got the inspiration for there and decided to make it a “designer must have”. crazy.

    Every West African knows of this bag…they’re called Ghana Must Go. Refugees of Ghana carried these with their belongings. But even paying this much for any plastic bag is idiotic- let alone the same bag lying in my mother’s garage!
