Beyonce and her wind machine offered up arguably one of the evening’s best performances at Sunday night’s (June 28) 2009 BET Awards in Los Angeles.
Resulting in a standing ovation, the singer gave a simultaneously sexy and angelic performance of Ave Maria.

Ave Maria was preceded by Sarah McLachlan’s Angel. Let’s give credit where credit’s due. oh and BTW Sarah’s voice is 100000000 better than Beyonce’s, clearly.

Her attire, unappropriate for such a song in my opinion…she could have performed it just as well without the body or swimsuit…tacky…always in the name of sales and marketing…otherwise she gave a beautiful performance!
