Less than two days after it was confirmed that she and the pop crooner had parted ways, Vanessa Minnillo was seen meeting up with a mystery man for lunch at the Aroma Cafe in Study City, CA.
Since it’s impossible for men and women to be friends on a platonic level, this can only mean one thing — it’s love!

At last night’s Axe Instinct and Rolling Stone party in NYC, the former flame of Nick told Life & Style mag: “I didn’t know about it! I didn’t know that, but I wish them the best. They’re so nice. Individually and together, they’re both so sweet, so whatever makes them happy, you know?”

I really like those two together, but there were rumors about them having trouble for a while, so I’m not really surprised. They were a couple for quite a while though. Nick doesn’t seem to be the type of guy that just has flings, he likes the long relationships.
She did an interview the other night that she has a trainer. Maybe that’s him. I heard that she and Nick broke up a while ago but he gave her time to find an apartment. Nick left yesterday with Drew I believe for the safari they were planning with their Dad and brother. So I think the break up was timed for when he would be out of town.
