In some not so depressing news, Megan Fox was seen arriving at the Ed Sullivan Theater in New York City today (June 25) to tape an appearance on the Late Show With David Letterman.
Joining the Transformers actress was none other than Public Enemies actor Johnny Depp.
For the first time since 2005, Dave is leading in the ratings war against its NBC rival The Tonight Show, now hosted by Conan O’Brien. He hasn’t beat The Tonight Show in viewers for a full week of original broadcasts since December 2005.
Needless to say, tonight’s line-up of guests will only help Dave in the neverending ratings battle.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they weren’t preempted now. It seems like wall-to-wall Michael now. Just too big a story…..world wide.
I am sorry to say this but this is the FIRST time I thought Megan Fox was worth the hype. She looks breathtaking in these photos.
She looks beautiful. If she keeps her mouth shut and looks like this more - she’ll do fine.
