HARRISON IS HIGHEST PAID

Joined by co-star Rachel McAdams, Harrison Ford was all business as he filmed scenes for the upcoming comedy Morning Glory in New York City yesterday (June 24).

Despite nearly entering the age of retirement (he’ll celebrate his 64th birthday next month), Harrison is still on top of his game.

Admittedly, he hasn’t exactly been the king of blockbusters in recent years, except for 2008’s Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. But that one movie earned him $65 million between June 2008 and June 2009, making him the highest-paid actor on Forbes‘ annual Celebrity 100 list.

Coming in behind Ford with $55 million is Adam Sandler, thanks to You Don’t Mess With The Zohan and Bedtime Stories, plus he earned a big paycheck for the upcoming Judd Apatow movie Funny People, in which he plays a comedian who thinks he might be dying.

Third place goes to Will Smith because of his two big hits Hancock and Seven Pounds.
