Taking advantage of his time off, auto fanatic Jay Leno was seen taking one of his many priceless cars for a spin around Los Angeles on a beautiful Tuesday afternoon (June 23).
Seen here in his 1939 Lagonda V-12 — otherwise known as the second-generation “Bentley,” produced under the guidance of W.O. Bentley after he joined Lagonda in 1935. Though the engine is a problem for today’s restorers — parts for it simply don’t exist anymore — this was one of the 1930s fastest British cars.
Jay owns a fleet of vehicles, including 84 antique and modern cars and 73 motorcycles. His collection is said to be worth over $120 million.
Just one of the many reasons why no individual should make $32 million a year!
