The New York Post reported today that Madonna plans to “cocoon” her new adopted daughter in her British townhouse for a week to help her adjust to her new life.
After that? Madge plans on taking 4-year-old Mercy James on holiday.
The devout follower of the mystical Jewish faith Kabbalah wants to take the little tot to see the Wailing Wall in Jerusalem, along with the star’s other adopted child David. The trip will happen in September to coincide with Madonna’s final date of her ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour in Tel Aviv, Israel.
A source tells The Sun: “Madonna wants to give Mercy enough time to settle into her new home. By September she feels she will be ready to take the trip without the danger of upheaval.”
