Madonna was seen arriving into Heathrow International Airport in London today (June 19) with her three children, 12 year-old daughter Lourdes Leon, 8-year-old son Rocco Ritchie and 3-year-old son David Banda.
As she prepares to welcome her latest adopted child into her home, Madge has reportedly signed up an A-list interior designer to help kit out her adopted daughter Mercy James’s new bedroom — best pal Gwyneth Paltrow.
The 50-year-old pop diva received the green light to take home Malawian tot Mercy on Friday after judges in the country decided to approve her adoption appeal. Her bid had initially been rejected in May.
A source tells The Sun, “Madge wants Mercy to feel like a little princess when she arrives. Gwyneth has a home in the Hamptons area of New York and Madonna was so impressed with her daughter Apple’s room that she asked Gwyneth to help her kit out Mercy’s new bedroom. As well as all the items inside, she’s also commissioned a mini Georgian-style tree house for Mercy and David in her garden.”
Note to Madonna: raising a child like a “princess” is not an admirable thing to do. (see Paris Hilton).
