Christie Brinkley was seen arriving at the Wayuu Taya Foundation last night (June 17) in New York City with her daughter, Alexa Ray Joel - a budding beauty whose father is rock legend Billy Joel.
Christie was an honoree for her social activism and Alexa provided the musical entertainment. These two ladies didn’t seem to be surprised or affected by Billy Joel’s announcement that he is ending his marriage to Katie Lee Joel after five years of marriage.
The split will be the third broken marriage for the 60-year-old Joel and despite reports that the split was an amicable one Joel is believed to have a prenuptial agreement to protect his music-made fortune.

wow, alexa really grew into her looks. not an easy feat being the spitting image of billy joel. she and her mother look happy and great. christie brinkly does great work for charity.
Wow, Christie is beautiful, she just gets better with age and if she’s having any work done, it’s so subtle that you can’t even tell. And Alexa has grown into her looks, seems like a nice, grounded girl for having 2 uber famous parents.
Wow, I think Alexa is really pretty. It’s sad that as a kid she felt bad about not being blonde & blue-eyed and didn’t appreciate looking just like her dad. However it all worked out for her. And it looks like she has a great head of hair, too. Christie looks great as well.

Christie is soooo beautiful!! She still looks amazing! How anyone could cheat on her like Billy or become addicted to porn while married to someone as stunning as her is beyond me. She’s had really bad luck with guys! I am a huge Billy Joel fan, but I think maybe he’s one of those guys who is just better not getting tied down with marriage.
