Ryan Reynolds is Entertainment Weekly’s new Favorite Leading Man, which grants the star of summer hits like Wolverine and The Proposal the distinction of appearing on the cover of the magazine’s annual ‘Must List’ issue.
The husband of Scarlett Johansson is featured on the cover of the upcoming double issue of EW and also appears as screen heroes James Bond and Rambo.
So, what’s on Ryan’s own Must List?
For his Must Movie, he chose 1979 classic Being There. “I love Peter Sellers,” he tells the mag, “And his performance in that is one of the most amazing performances I’ve ever seen in my life.”
A&E’s Intervention was his Must TV Show, which he described as “real schadenfreude stuff.”
“The first season or two is all about alcoholics and heroin addicts, but then as the seasons progress, they feel the need to sensationalize it a bit,” says Ryan. “So by Season 5, you get to people who are chemically unable to experience joy unless they’re smoking a cat, or something equally disturbing. I love it.”

If Ryan turns out to be as huge as Ben Stiller or Will Ferrell I will be thrilled. This guy is super talented. Did anyone see “Just Friends?” Omg! When he was wearing that fat suit and singing that song…? Rotflmao! He made a dumb guy so sweet and likeable. It was actually a great cast all around!
