The police chiefs of Martins Ferry and Bridgeport are under investigation after the Martins Ferry home of the surrogate mother was broken into. The law enforcement officials are accused of being behind the break-in and alleged attempt to sell information to a tabloid reporter.
Broderick issued a statement through his rep, Simon Halls, about the case: “Matthew and Sarah Jessica have complete faith in the legal system. But because it’s a criminal investigation — we will not be making any more comment. What I can say is the entire family looks forward to the healthy delivery of their daughters later on this summer.”
