Following her brief getaway to Atlanta over the weekend, Britney Spears has made up her mind: “I hate L.A!!!”
While shopping at an ATL mall, the down-and-out songstress reportedly told friends, “I’m so sick of that town.”
The simple answer for Brit may be a change of residence, but it ain’t that easy. You see, if Brit wants to be with her boys, she must remain in Los Angeles, according to a court order. (So enough with your yapping insisting Spears should just leave town.)
Meanwhile, lawyers for Britney and ex-hubby Kevin Federline made their way into court yesterday to iron out some details.
The next court date? November 26. Stay tuned!

it’s not like she has demonstrated that she wants the kids anyways…so GO TO ATLANTA and get into pitbull fighting since that goes hand in hand with being a redneck hillbilly.
I’m sure she could move out of LA if she made a strong case in court. Northern CA would be much healthier for her and the kids.

She should have moved a long time ago! It just seems odd to see her in a car with the two kids in the back. The only time she is ever in a car is to go clubbing, a coffee shop, or Carl’s Jr.
I’ve seen plenty of pics of her with the kids in the car. And I agree Barks, i would think the judge would deem it to be in the best interest of her and the children to move out of LA. it means longer driving time for the custody switches, but whatever. It clearly would be helpful. Too bad she just bought that big new house!
also, I think Jayden is getting cuter as he gets older. And that’s a good thing!

They are not hard to stumble across. you are pretty lucky if those are the only ones you’ve seen, you must not see senseless Britney posts multiple times every day, for no other reason than that she left her house.

Sweet mother of Jebus, Britney Spears doesn’t have a driver’s license! How is she even driving? I mean, I’m not surprised, but how did it take the authorities this long to figure it out? You’d think they would’ve cracked the case when she was caught driving with her baby on her lap, or when she had her baby seat strapped in the wrong way, or basically every time she has ever been behind the wheel ever. I could blindfold a monkey, punch it in the head, and throw it in a car and it’d end up driving better than Britney Spears. Probably take better care of her children too.

And, anonymous, she can request permission to move. She is the breadwinner after all, if she needs to move for the benefit of her family no court would deny her. She could buy Kevin a house nearby regardless of where it is.

I wouldn’t really want to live in LA if I was here either! She is absolutely HOUNDED there and after seeing the privacy that she had in Atlanta I’m not surprised she made those comments. Maybe when the court case is all over she will move. It would be a good idea on her behalf I think. Her little boys look really cute in the back of the car there…they both resemble her in my opinion.
Why is this woman driving? Can’t she buy a driver and make us all feel safer?
I am sick to death of seeing her driving allatime. It’s obvious she’s not really sober enough to do it and even when she is, she hits stuff.
