Is Jessica Biel being lined up to become the next Wonder Woman?
The ass kickin’ actress is up for the role in ‘Justice League of America.’
Potential deal marks the first piece of casting to emerge from the DC Comics-based ensemble project, which is expected to feature Superman, Batman, the Flash and Aquaman in addition to Wonder Woman.The studio declined comment, saying that it prefers to announce an entire cast rather than piecemeal deals.
Sadly, Christian Bale and Brandon Routh – Warner’s reigning Batman and Superman — are not expected to join the production.

Don’t know if the project will get off the ground without Routh and Bale…I couldn’t see anyone else playing the roles…they’re both too perfect…besides I thought Kate Beckinsdale was a better choice to play Wonder Woman…Beil has no personality

What gets me is why they are making movies out of all these old cartoon characters anyway. With all the technology they have now AND all the video games these same tired characters are not interesting! Hey Hollywood, come up with some original ideas already!

Jessica is not good for the role. She’s too… buff, too hard looking. Wonder Woman was all about femininity, and she certainly looked it too. I’m saying this from my vantage point as a dorky comic book fan when I was little, including the classics my dad had me read too :o). Anyway, enough about WW… give me Batman updates!
This movie sounds awesome!! I agree with you hotbitch that Katie Holmes would be much better for the role. She actually does resemble Wonder Woman and I could really see her playing that part well. I’m not a great fan of Jessica’s body. While there is no doubt that she’s in good shape and is fit as a fiddle, she’s a bit too muscular and athletic looking for my liking.
