Reese Witherspoon is the latest celeb jumping on the celebrity fragrance bandwagon.
The Oscar-winning actress unveiled her new fragrance, In Bloom, last week in New York City.
Reese tells Women’s Wear Daily that she didn’t realize how much work went into developing a scent.
“It was a unique experience for me because I had no idea what goes into making perfumes. … I thought you just pick a fragrance and it’s easy. But there were all these different levels of creating a scent that were new to me, but really fun and exciting.”
In Bloom will be available this fall through Avon.

looking a tad old here…..
I love Reese but she looks like an old Avon lady here.
Boring and smug, Reese Witherspoon is so yuck.
Nothing personal, but launching a fragrance through Avon is like sending a movie straight to DVD.
Remember whe Jennifer Lopez was criticized for becoming a brand while being A List.
Well how times have changed .
What’s the arc here? A list actress, couple of poorly received films, pimp yourself to major company, do some voice over work, act and coproduce a flimsy romance comedy that can make money, become a PR princess, and then start branding yourself with cheap perfume? Check, check, check, check, check, check, & check. Oh, Reese.
ewwwwwwww i hate the “oh my! i didn’t know how complicated perfume-making is! I SWEAR i was super involved in the whole process” story that all celebrities give (ex. christina aguilera, halle berry..
