Lindsay Lohan was seen leaving the Andy LeCompte Salon in West Hollywood yesterday (June 11) looking refreshed, renewed and ready to light up a cigarette.

The 22-year-old actress was all smiles as she made her way out the door, but suddenly had a change of heart and covered her face with her scarf as she made her way to the car.

After losing shocking amounts of weight following her split with DJ Samantha Ronson, pin thin LiLo couldn’t hide her stick legs under her trademark leggings. But now the couple are back together, maybe she’ll start looking after herself again!
