Following a tiring transatlantic flight, Janet Jackson was in no mood for pictures as she arrived at Heathrow Airport in London today (June 11) from an overnight flight from Los Angeles.

The legendary pop diva is currently hard at work on her comeback album after parting ways with Island Records last year, but it seems that her older brother is seemingly always embattled in legal troubles.

Michael Jackson is facing a $20 million lawsuit from a concert promoter after failing to join his siblings for a Jackson 5 show. The Thriller hitmaker’s manager signed a contract on behalf of his superstar client to perform with sister Janet and brothers Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Marlon at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington, Texas next year.

Allgood Entertainment claims it made a deal in November with MJ’s then-manager to produce the gig this summer. It says the deal called for Jacko not to perform elsewhere before the event or for at least three months after it.

He is set to play 50 dates at London’s O2 arena from July. Reps for Michael and promoter AEG have remained mum on the matter.
