While most of us were maxing and relaxing over the weekend, police were busy digging up dead dogs on rapper DMX’s property.
Two dogs found buried at a home belonging to rapper DMX had serious wounds, authorities investigating animal neglect allegations said Saturday.
One of the dogs had serious bite wounds and another had trauma to its abdomen, but exact causes of death were not determined, Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio said. A third dog carcass had been burned so badly an exam was inconclusive.
I’m absolutely against capital punishment, but it’s times like these that make me re-evaluate my position on the matter.

Dogs are considered “property” under the law and that’s what has to change. People have to get real penalties for doing this to animals…I’m not going a “PETA” or anything but maybe its time I did. Dogs are like familly members at our house and you do this to a dog, I will treat you like you did this to my child. Obviously, he knew this was going on and it sounds like he was also into dog fighting with those kinds of wounds. It’s time for people to pay for treating thier pets like this.

No one really cares when deer, bears and other animals are hunted and killed…so why the big fuss over Fido?! Get over it people, it happens…

As humans we have a duty to protect animals. Do I think someone who kills or tortures a dog should get the same sentence as someone who kills or tortures people? No. But I do think they should face some jail time and some stiff fines.
People who torture/kill animals for pleasure generally speaking are prone to doing the same to humans.

I can’t understand how this happens. I’m sure he’s had visitors and family see how these dogs have been treated for years and never said anything. I wish there were more whistleblowers when it comes to animal cruelty, because these animals can’t escape situations like this. Its so sad and I hope that the courts get more harsh, not only because these people deserve it but also to teach others a lesson.

Anybody, regardless of race or their social standing, that can do this to an animal deserves to be treated in the same way. It’s absolutely heartless to treat animals in the way he has and I hope he pays big time for what he has done and suffer some of the same pain that they did. My heart goes out to these dogs and I hope that somebody will step up and show them the love that they deserve. Animal cruelty makes me sick to my stomach.
I despise pple like that!!!The dogs didnt choose to be put in that position…to be starved and tortured.I just watched an episode of Animal Cops and there was a horrific case of someone setting a puppy on fire.Then i come online to read this.Makes me beyond sick!!
