Winding the weekend down with some quality time with her credit card, Heather Locklear was seen enjoying a shopping spree in Bridgehampton, NY today (June 7) with some friends.
Despite endless rumours, the 47-year-old star has no plans of returning to the small screen reboot of Melrose Place.
Heather was offered a returning role numerous times but the actress — who played advertising power-executive Amanda Woodward — turned it down each and every time.
As a result of Heather’s refusal to reprise her role, major rewrites were penned last-minute and Laura Leighton’s character (Sydney) ends up floating face down in the pool in the first episode.
Only Michael Mancini can be behind something so sinister!

She looks kind of rough here. She’s even starting to get that plastic surgery look about her, which is not good. Why would someone as beautiful as Heather even need to consider surgery!? It’s crazy!
