Lindsay Lohan has been spending the past few days shopping at various boutiques in Europe.
So how exactly is the out-of-work actress paying for all this? By selling off all the bling she’s amassed over the years.
“She needs some quick bucks, so she’s parting with the gems she rarely wears,” a source close to the 22-year-old starlet tells Star mag. “She’s got to make money somehow.”
Poor Lindsay has apparently become a regular at shops like the Beverly Loan Company in Los Angeles — a.k.a. “pawnshop to the stars” — where she frequently sells off expensive rings, watches, and other rarely-worn baubles in exchange for cash.
“Lindsay likes to burn through cash, and what she makes from modeling and public appearances just isn’t enough to pay her bills.”
As for what Lindsay does when she needs some new shine? Borrow, of course!
“Every time she goes to Phillippe’s Watches in Beverly Hills, she borrows — not buys — a watch,” the insider adds. “When she returns them, they’re scratched up and need a lot of work to make them ready for sale.”

chicken cutlets - my thoughts exactly! Aren’t they supposed to lend stuff to celebrities to get good good publicity? Shes not a celebrity or at all attached to good publicity.
Everyone knows she is a messy person who doesn’t take care of her own apartment let alone stuff she borrows! Why would any jewelry company ever lend her anything and expect to get it back in good condition? Her track record is terrible!
