Sporting some ruby red heels, Holly Madison attended the 70th anniversary of the Wizard Of Oz at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas last night (June 2).
Hugh Hefner’s 29-year-old ex-girlfriend is in Sin City busy rehearsing as she prepares to replace actress Kelly Monaco in Peepshow, a topless revue at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino.
And while she’s certainly no stranger to flashing her cosmetically enhanced assets to the world, Holly reportedly offered up an accidental preview of her performance while partying in Sin City on Saturday night.
While casually chatting with reporters outside the Caesars Palace hotspot, a button of her white dress suddenly popped open, exposing her lady parts. She wasted little time recovering and recomposing herself and soon resumed fielding media questions.
Says a source: “She was embarrassed but was humbly laughing about the whole thing.”

Oh I love the Wizard of Oz!! It’s still one of my favourite movies! Holly should have worn one of those little Dorothy costumes, she would have looked hot! I think she’s doing really well with her career after leaving Hef. I think she really did love him though, and it must have been a hard dose of reality to come to terms with the fact that it was never going to work out with him.
