Evan Rachel Wood has moved on and moved up from ex Marilyn Manson.
Page Six reports that the 21-year-old actress was spotted getting cozy with Shane West at Tao in Las Vegas over the weekend.
Says a source: “They were both there in a big group of 20 people. At around 3 a.m., Shane and Evan Rachel were all over each other and making out in the middle of the table.”
One word: Upgrade!!

Her face looks absolutely flawless here. I don’t really find her that beautiful normally though. She’s a bit of a tryhard who I feel is kind of desperate to be famous. Shane West is a hottie…he’s the one that could do better.
