After cleaning up at Sunday night’s MTV Movie Awards, Robert Pattinson was seen trying to keep a low profile as he left LAX Airport in Los Angeles today (June 1).
It was almost a clean sweep for Twilight last night. The popular movie based on the bestselling books by Stephenie Meyer took the Best Movie prize, as well as Best Male Breakthrough Performance; Best Female Performance for Rob’s leading lady, Kristen Stewart; Best Kiss for Rob and Kristen; and Best Fight Scene for Rob’s dust-up with Cam Gigandet.
Mr. Pattinson is now returning to Italy where he’ll join the rest of his castmates to resume filming the upcoming New Moon flick.

I feel like he’s kind of embarassed by the attention that he gets. It’s kind of cute and makes him even more endearing really. He’s not usually the type of guy I’d go for, but there’s definately something sexy about him. I think the whole teen idol status is a little overwhelming for him, but whoever played the role of Edward Cullen was going to have to deal with that unfortunately.
