Just an update on the Eminem-Bruno “controversy” at last night’s MTV Movie Awards.
So was it staged or not? A source tells E! that Eminem was aware that Sacha Baron Cohen’s alter ego would be falling on him — but not while wearing a butt-baring thong.
And though Eminem got up as soon as he could get Bruno off of him and stormed out of the Gibson Amphitheatre, the hip-hop star didn’t leave; he hung out in his trailer until the show was nearly done.

It was supposed to challenge people’s perceptions of gay and straight. We are all HUMAN. That’s the point, for all you mouth-breathers who don’t get intelligent, boundary-pushing humor. DUH.
It was so fucking lame. Like most of Sascha’s shtik. His MO is juvenile. That said I totally believe Eminem was in on the joke. Tell me who would just sit there if a person dressed like that was being lowered towerds you? His whole group just sat there instead of reacting. And wouldn’t you just shove the guy away instead of sitting there scowling? It totally looked staged.

I don’t think it was funny at all. If I was a guy I would seriously lose it if some guy shoved his balls and his ass in my face. I really doubt Eminem would have agreed to that…he’s been made a joke of now. Already today I heard some joke going around about Eminem getting 69′d. He was probably just told that Sacha would land on him, not actually shove his dick in his face. No straight guy would be cool with that, even if it was a joke.
