Just moments ago, Angelina Jolie was literally mobbed by photographers as she dropped Maddox off at school today at the exclusive Lycée Français de New York.
Looking typically chic in a grey cashmere sweater and capri shorts, the babymama extradonaire did her best to shield young Zahara and Pax from the flashes as the happy family attempted to flee the morning glare of the paparazzi.
Considering the fact that tuition at the french-speaking school is a whopping $18 000-a-year, you’d think they could afford some top notch security!

I love how she always dresses up to take him to school. I take my son to school in my pajamas as do most of the other Mothers. I guess it is easier when the help gets breakfast ready, gives the bath, and gets the child ready.

I agree PSL, love seeing them but everyday pictures of Maddox going to school are a little much.

maybe it’s just me, but I’m pretty sure she’s not wearing shorts. That’s clearly a skirt. A bit off topic for sure, but it’s better than arguing over whether or not they are as “wholesome” as they try to appear.

Thanks psl. Nona, I don’t think WE are the obsessive stalkers. I was just making a light hearted comment. Relax. Breath. Nobody is jealous of these people. You obviously are very very young because only someone who hasn’t had a real relationship that has lasted longer than 6 months uses the term “madly in love”. Marriages (or long term relationships), especially with children, take a lot of work. It is not what you see in the movies.

I don’t really think Ange is trying too hard to dress up or anything. Looks like what most mothers wear to drop their kids off at school. This school will definately have to do something security wise…this whole frenzy can’t happen every single morning. If tourists know that Ange or Brad will be dropping off Maddox here every day, it will turn into a tourist spot. Pathetic. I really hope that doesn’t stop them from taking the kids to school themselves though.I think that’s important.

This may be off-topic, but I still don’t understand why this place is called “Lycée Français” when une lycée specifically means “high school” in French and clearly Maddox is not in high school. Does anyone get why they call it this?

I feel sorry for those kids — their lives are so…chaotic. Why is it that some stars are photographed every day and (most) others manage to live pretty normal lives under the radar. It seems the Jolie-Pitts and the Britney Spears make themselves spectacles just to stay in the press. That lifestyle cannot be enjoyable…
