Lindsay Lohan potential career comeback has been thrown into question.
The troubled 22-year-old actresss has been ordered to gain weight and undergo drug testing by the cautious producers of her upcoming film, The Other Side.
Lindsay’s binge drinking and multiple trips to rehab are so infamous in Hollywood that insiders say they aren’t taking any chances when it comes to LiLo suffering one of her famous relapses at their expense.
“Producers want Lindsay looking like a normal, healthy girl, not a skeleton,” a production source tells the upcoming issue of Star mag. “So they ordered her to rest up and eat more. They refuse to risk her dropping out of the movie because of her problems.”

It’s amazing that she can even get a job. I hope she doesn’t screw it up. This isn’t a second chance. It’s like the 3rd or 4th, right? That’s really rare.

why did they even hire her?
She’ll bounce around looking like raggedy ann until August when the insurers and producers force her to go into rehab and detox. There she’ll stay for two months, getting the drugs out of her system and being forced to eat real food, and come out late Sept just in time to work on her new movie which shoots in Oct. This is the only way they can insure she even shows up or looks even healthy.
She’s had so many flops lately, I can’t imagine any quality producer wanting her. It’s actually pretty sad to be a has-been at the age of 22 but she has nobody to blame but herself. It’s still hard for me to believe she was that adorable little actress in Parent Trap.
I have friends that have employed her before from Regency films and they said she is an absolute nightmare to work with and that they will never work with her again. She is more of a liability than an asset and all the bad publicity from her private life takes away any positivity that the movie may attract. She really needs to take a good long look at herself and realise why it is that people don’t want to employ her. No doubt she will just whinge about how it’s not her fault and how the media paints a different picture of her blah blah blah. Start taking responsibility for your actions Linday and learn to deal with the consequences.
