Clutching her pillow and blanket tight, Lily Allen was seen getting off a train in Paris today (May 28) only to promptly light up a cigarette in the station. After spending an hour with her glam squad, it was a whole new Lily who emerged from her tour bus and made her way to the exclusive Crillon Hotel.
The Fear singer has been traveling the world in recent weeks shilling her sophomore album but she will soon take a small break from singing and promoting to tape an appearance on Neighbours.
Lily will shoot her cameo role in the Australian soap when she is in Melbourne next month and may even perform one of her chart-topping hits on the show.
A source tells British media: “Lily is delighted – she can’t wait. She has been telling all her friends. She can’t quite believe she’ll take a turn on Ramsay Street and meet the stars of the show in person. Her role is pretty straight forward and she will only have a few lines.”
The 24-year-old songbird is set to spend two days filming her scenes followed by a meet-and-greet with cast members.

I don’t believe she trashed Susan Boyle. I think you were told that she did, and you believed it. Writing that someone can sing, and that she seems like a lovely lady is far from trashing somebody. It’s being knit picked because she used the word overrated. Everyone on Britain’s got talent/ X -factor / American Idol is overrated that’s the point of the show! Instant fame & extreme over judging.
