Courtney Love’s money matters seem to never cease.

The latest? American Express filed a lawsuit against the former Hole frontwoman in the US District Court in Los Angeles yesterday (May 27), claiming that she “failed and refused to make payments” on her bill.

Legal papers show that C.Love owes $352 059.67 in unpaid charges and fees on her Amex Gold Card — which has since been suspended by the company.

As you may recall, Courtney recently filed a lawsuit of her own, accusing her former lawyers and accountants of buying a $290 million office block using the identities of her and her late hubby, Kurt Cobain. She’s convinced that she has been robbed of $45 million cash and $705 million worth of assets which were bestowed upon her when the Nirvana rocker committed suicide in 1994.
