Britney Spears puts her worries behind her for a wild night of partying with pals in Hollywood on Tuesday night.
The troubled songstress – dressed in new glasses and an awful brown and orange fur jacket – dropped in at celeb night spot Winston’s as well as club Hyde.
When asked about her on-going child custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline, Britney refused to make a comment.
Keep up the good work, Brit. Nothing is more convincing to a judge than seeing a mother-of-two partying during the middle of the week!

The skank will never learn. As for all of you who are worried that Britney will commit suicide: don’t worry too much - obviously she’s too self-absorbed to do it.
not saying this is the case, but have none of you ever gone to a club with friends, without drinking, or at the very least, without getting drunk? I do it all the time.
I think she wants to lose the kids. She doesn’t want the burden anymore. Pretty sad.
hiedi - quit drinking the kool-aid. she was just in court finding out the fate of her kids’ custody and having a list of stipulations she must submit to in order to keep them BUT she can’t even stay home at night? Its not like this is a Friday night out this is EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. A regular 26 year old, no problem but a mother of 2? That is ridiculous.
Britney, wearing glasses will not make you smart. You’re not fooling anyone. ^Hiedi, you don’t have a drinking problem. People who do, like Brit and Lohan, cannot go out and not drink to get drunk. You are lucky because you have self control.
i know for a fact if i was in a custody battle and was at risk of losing my children i would be home with them every night and trying my damn hardest to keep them and treasuring every moment with them.i would not be supplying ammunition for the other side to shot me down with.shes either a dumb ass, doesnt care or both!
Barks, I AM a 26 year old mother of two! But I don’t get wasted whenever I go out with friends. I rarely even drink. I realize that is not the case with Britney, and I haven’t had Kool-Aid since I was about 7. My point was that I Love going out with my friends and having a good time, but it doesn’t mean I’m trashed because of it. The last time we went out people probably thought we were drunk, because we were being so silly, but there was not a drink in sight. I know Britney clearly has a problem with consumption of drugs and alcohol, but I don’t think every time she goes out she HAS TO BE getting wasted. It’s not like she was stumbling out of the place.

Heidi please! This isn’t a Heidi post its a Britney post. So you’re able to go out and hang with your friends w/o getting trashed, WHO CARES! Britney has made it pretty obvious that she can’t. And, i’m sure if you, Heidi, were out every freaking night - drinking or not - and not at home taking care of your business your baby’s daddy(ies), your parents or someone close to you would drag your ass to court just like Britney!

By the way, I’ve been married for 7 years to the father of my children, both of which we had AFTER we married. damn, all this animosity. didn’t used to be like that around here :O( anyway, hiedi where do you live? i’m asking cuz there’s a very different ambience to clubs in LA, Miami, Vegas than many other cities; seriously, i don’t know anyone under 30 that goes clubbing that doesn’t get wasted. or at least tipsy. unless they are the DD or on probation/monitoring. i think clubs in the midwest etc are much more low key/laid back.
