Supermodel Kate Moss poses alongside super photographer Mario Testino at the V&A Golden Age of Courture Gala at The Victoria and Albert Museum in London on Tuesday.
The star-studded event showcases a stunning exhibition featuring work by Parisian couturiers such as Christian Dior, Cristóbal Balenciaga, Pierre Balmain and Hubert de Givenchy, together with their British counterparts Norman Hartnell and Hardy Amies.
Thirty-three-year old Kate, who looked well beyond her age in an ill-fitting buttery gown, was among the many fashionistas on hand who came out to explore the structure of fashion’s grand houses.
Our thoughts on Ms. Moss’ rather interesting choice of gown?

No she doesn’t look too great here. I don’t think the dress is awful but not her best choice ever. Because models have a fairly short career life expectancy, I think they do all those ‘quick fixes’ for beauty and weight loss such as smoking, tanning, drugs etc etc but they don’t really consider where those choices are going to leave their looks in years to come. Look at people like Elle Macpherson. She laid off all those toxic lifestyle choices and she looks absolutely fantastic and is still making money from her looks! Kate on the other hand is losing her looks very quickly. Gorgeous in photos but in person she always looks sort of grotty to me and unwashed.

Got to agree with you my2cents. I’m old enough to remember her in her prime and I never thought she looked that good either. Course if you’re gonna date crap like Pete Doherty what’s the point of being a ‘10′?

Kate Moss clearly looks better than most of us, hence her success. I always am astonished by how good she looks without much make up. However, here, she should have put more effort on her outfit because there is nothing glamorous about her and the drug abuse is taking its toll. Her hair, her face, her choice of dress, everything is wrong.
People praise her sense of style. I personally loathe it. It is not sense of style at all, it is just aloofness that gets right from time to time. Like the Olsens. With a body like hers, she could dare very interesting outfits… but : Let’s face it: she is just a model, she is meant to be styled and looks fabulous in fashion magazine spreads. When she dresses herself, she never looks classy…
No wonder why most like her style because it is so easy to copy… To me one word comes to mind: mediocrity…

She has a sexy sultury look and just an interesting beauty to look at. she has her own look and own style which makes her attractive. American woman want to all look the same that’s why we are less stylish then the international cloud.
