After an extended break from the big screen, the perma blonde reality star will soon get back to work filming the next season of The Hills. But it’s certainly not like she needs the money!
Kristin’s family residence in Three Arch Bay, a gated Laguna Beach community, has come on the market at a whopping $13.95 million!!
The just-built modern estate boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms in 7100 square feet and sits on 3.25 acres with views of Catalina Island and the coastline. What’s more? There is an infinity pool, nearly an acre of landscaped grounds and gardens and parking for 25 cars.
