Once done their meal, the mother-son duo hit up an ice cream parlour for some sort of frozen treats on Lincoln Road.
Rosie recently treated her adoptive boy to a rare afternoon out at Z100’s Zootopia 2009 concert in East Rutherford, NJ where she said, “Look how handsome he is, everyone. It’s all in the genes.”
Parker will celebrate his 14th birthday on Monday.
