BRITNEY LOSES HER KIDS!

britney-loses-her-kids.jpg

A ruling isn’t expected until next week, but a source at Fox News reports that Britney Spears will temporarily lose custody of her two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, to ex-husband Kevin Federline.

Commissioner Scott Gordon will order the boys, 2-year-old Sean Preston and 1-year-old Jayden James, turned over to Federline based on information that Los Angeles Family Court received over the weekend about Spears, the sources told FOXNews.com.

First her hair, then her career, and now her kids.

Britney is losing everything that was once sacred in her life!

You can add this to the growing list of things that will add up to Britney’s inevitable emotional breakdown.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

UPDATE: In a statement issued moments ago, Brit’s manager Jeff Kwatinetz confirmed reports that after a one-month working relationship, he has quit working for his train wreck client: “It saddens us to confirm media reports that we have terminated our professional relationship with Britney Spears. We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record, but current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job.”

UPDATE: Spears’ lawyer Laura Wasser tells People that Brit and K-Fed’s current 50-50 custody arrangement will remain in effect for now.

Serves us right for believing anything coming from Fox News!

@ this point will it really matter if she loses her kids? She’s hardly home anyway. They need to do some drug tests & a home study and figure out what the hell is going on there so they can get her some help.

TMZ JUST ANNOUNCED THAT HER MANAGER (yeah the one she’s only had for a month) HAS JUST QUIT!! They said that they are dissapointed in her actions/decisions regarding the VMA’s but wanted to meet with her to discuss her next steps to fix everything and the bitch REFUSED TO MEET WITH HER MANAGER. So he quit. LoL. Damn. Someone needs to put her out of her misery already.

As if KFed wouldn’t sell his parental concerns for a generous settlement. Hardly anything worth celebrating. The kids are fucked either way.

How do you lose your lawyer, your manager AND your children all in the same day? Enough to make anyone kill themselves but, sadly, it’s the result of her stupid, immature, selfish decisions. You reap…

The funny thing is I have not one ounce of sorrow for her. I just can’t. She had the world by the balls and pissed it all away for nothing. The sad thing is she can still get it back because her fans are crazy.

Laura said that their 50-50 agreement will remain in affect for now? Does that just mean until next week when the official announcement is made that she will lose her kids. I have stood up for Britney in the past but seriously I don’t see how she can expect people to help her out when she’s doing nothing to help herself. I remember hearing her in interviews when she was younger saying how she wanted to get married young and be a young mum and how that would complete her. So sad. She really is the perfect example of someone who could have had it all but just let it go to waste.

A former Britney Spears bodyguard was the much-hyped “secret witness” in her custody battle with Kevin Federline on Monday.

Tony Barretto, 28, was prepared to testify about “issues of nudity by Ms. Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children” that he witnessed as her bodyguard before she fired him on May 17, says Barretto’s attorney, Gloria Allred, who brought him to court. Instead of testifying, his written allegations were entered into court as evidence.

Spears’s lawyer, Laura Wasser strongly denied allegations of drug use by Spears. “He isn’t a credible witness,” said attorney Wasser after a two-hour closed-door hearing on Monday.

The hearing, meanwhile, was the last for Wasser, who stated she’s officially stepping aside as Spears’s attorney. Spears’s new lawyer will be Marci Levine. “Britney will be in excellent hands” with Levine, Wasser said.

“I don’t want anyone to perceive that we’re dumping Britney,” Wasser added. “In a lot of attorney-client relationships, there comes a time when some fresh blood is necessary.”

Wasser also confirmed that Spears and Federline’s current 50-50 custody arrangement for Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, will remain in effect for now.

Federline, 29, is seeking primary physical custody of the couple’s two children.

Sources close to Federline have repeatedly denied that the former backup dancer is motivated by money, though the more custody time he has with the kids, the more child support payments he could receive.

Court documents released Aug. 30 show that Spears’s income is $737,868 a month, while Federline has no “net income after business expenses,” and his spousal support of $20,000 a month ends in November.

According to Wasser, many of the pop star’s associates have already been deposed after being issued subpoenas to testify about Spears’s parenting skills.

Federline’s lawyer, Mark Vicent Kaplan, has stated that his next legal moves depend on what information he gathers against Spears in those depositions.

At the last hearing on Sept. 4, it was revealed that Spears has been cleared of recent complaints to child welfare workers.

Simply: She did not lose custody.
