The “secret witness” in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody a.k.a. a former bodyguard, filed a declaration today alleging “nudity, drug use and safety issues post-rehab.”
Gloria Allred, Barretto’s attorney, said in a press conference today that Brit’s former hired muscle was prepared to testify under oath today, but that neither the court nor Britney’s attorneys chose to cross-examine him. She said his declaration went “unrefuted and unchallenged.
“Barretto started working for Britney when she got out of rehab, and was fired on May 17 because, said Allred, “He did not hear her when he was asked to pick up her hat.”

His name is Fat Tony. He was fired for being too slow and rumored to be selling info to the press, and allegedly attempted to blackmail Britney.
An inside Britney source tells X17 that “this guy never saw Britney do anything wrong or neglectful with her kids and that he wasn’t even really allowed to be around Britney and the kids.” The source continues to call him “an angry guy” who “talked shit about everyone” and who was “lazy, a liar, and nosey.”
“Tony is not a credible witness and Brit’s not worried! He was fired by Britney because it took him “10 mins to get in and out of a car, and he would start so much chaos everywhere they went, she got sick of him!”

b…….remember YOUR source is X-17, who NEVER say ANYTHING bad about Britney. They talk about how “pretty” she looks when she is wearing a ratty weave, a dress that barely covers her ass and those fug boots she loves. They are on Brit’s PAYROLL.

If every other site can make up BAD shit about Britney, then certainly x17 has the right to make up GOOD shit about her! Even the “reliable” news we get from CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc. is so far entwined with the spin game, you really can’t believe ANYTHING you read nowadays. I take it all with a grain of salt. I’m sure there is SOME truth to most of it, but I certainly wouldn’t quote any of it as gospel.
Someone made a point that this time one/two years ago everyone was focused on the trainwreck that was Anna Nicole and look where she is now. That will be Britney if someone doesn’t get her some help.
