Paris got a whole lot funkier today (May 20).
Out for an afternoon of retail therapy, musical sensation Prince (no, that’s not Rihanna) was spotted shopping around the City of Light with his protegée Bria Valente and entourage in tow. The fashion forward fleet stopped by the Emanuel Ungaro boutique before dropping by the world-renowned La Maison Du Chocolat for some sinfully edible delights.
The artist formerly known as the artist formerly known as Prince is currently traveling the world promoting his 25th studio album, LOtUSFLOW3R. It’s one of a three record set, along with MPLSoUND and Elixer, an album by Bria.
Meanwhile, back stateside, Prince is being sued by a literary agency after he backed out of a publishing deal for an upcoming book called 21 Nights. During the final stages of the deal, Prince allegedly stopped calling them back and ripped them off their 15% commission after he cut a few deals behind their back.
They’re suing for $200 000. Ironically, that is about the same amount of money Prince drops on a shopping spree in Paris.

Prince is so cool! He is so unique and having seen him perform live all I have for him is praise. Yeah, he’s a little strange but it only adds to his appeal. It’s funny how much Rihanna actually looks like him though!
