The usually calm, cool and collected Whoopi Goldberg stepped a little out of character as she grilled radio and Fox News commentator Glenn Beck today (May 20) over a story he told on his radio show after the White House Correspondents Dinner on the radio about an Amtrak encounter with The View hosts.
Their issue? He said Barbara Walters called him over and mocked her voice, and Barbara and Whoopi said no such thing happened.
Beck admitted he “misspoke,” but Whoopi was angry. “You sat there and you were a lying sack of dog mess.”
“You don’t like me,” said Beck.
“No, I don’t like your views,” responded Miss Goldberg. “I don’t know you, okay? I don’t like your views.”
For his part, Glenn’s show website describes the appearance as an “ambush.”

I always love when the dopes on fox think their stupidity is excused because they call themselves “commentators” rather than reporters.

Glenn Beck is a classy man, he should have known better.
Glenn could teach them alot about politics and history. Even Babwa was so disrespectful. I stopped watching a long time ago.

I think Whoopi can get a little carried away sometimes, and it appears that she has a bit of a God complex as well. She pretends that she cares about other people’s opinions but in my opinion she comes across as highly judgemental. If you don’t see things her way you just get a really sarcastic look from her. He had every right to tell his story on his news program, just as these women tell their stories ever day on the View. The only mistake I can see on his part is that he said they came up to him rather than him going up to them. Who cares! It wasn’t like he was personally attacking Barbara or Whoopi, he was just recounting his experience.

Reggie, He didn’t say he was sick; he said he was out due to his View appearance. Why anyone would agree to go on that show is a mystery. Those women use their show as a bully pulpit; I thought the idea was to SHARE VIEWS.
THe “ONLY” view is the one they agree with.
