Director Quentin Tarantino and co-stars Mélanie Laurent, Brad Pitt and Diane Kruger were up bright and early today (May 20) to attend the Inglourious Basterds photo call at the Palais des Festivals during the 62nd Annual Cannes Film Festival.
The the A-list cast and crew were all smiles as they posed for pictures and signed autographs outside before attending a press conference.

“It’s all been about discovery… finding new things and new things of interest. The kids certainly are responsible for a lot of that,” says Brad. “I am right in the zone.”
“Would you describe it as one of the happiest times of your life?”
“One of the most on track,” responded Brad.

I think Ann has crossed the line from reporter to fan and she’s clearly making him uncomfortable with the fawning nature of her interview.
