Not only may Britney Spears lose custody of her kids today (the trial is set to kick off in moments), but it appears the troubled singer is also losing her famous career-saving lawyer, Laura Wasser.
At a hearing in the ongoing Britney Spears/K-Fed custody war that is just about to start, disso-queen Laura Wasser will submit legal papers formally withdrawing as the singer’s attorney. Sources say Spears’ new lawyer will be high-profile attorney, Marci Levine.
The word we hear is that Britney was a problem client because she just didn’t listen to and follow the advice Wasser gave so Spears could maintain custody and end the war.
So, in other words, Brit has refused to listen to the lawyer who helped her get and maintain 50/50 custody of her children, and now is stuck because another lawyer has to try to perform the miracle? Here’s my remedy: Britney should invest in quality underwear, keeps her baby factory and butt cheeks out of the tabloids, feed her children food (not cola), stop boozing it up daily, stop the drugs, stop partying all the time and become a respectable mother. Then, and only then, will Britney get her kids.

I heard this, this morning on the radio. They have a witness ready to testify that she did and does drugs in fron of her kids.

COME ON BRIT!!! PULL YOURSELF TOGETHER! I think she really needs to put her whole comeback on hold for a little while, move back to her little hometown and have a good hard think about what she wants in her life. My heart goes out to the girl but if she keeps acting the way she is she is going to lose her career and more importantly her children. What happened to that girl who put her family first and absolutely owned on stage? My guess is Kevin Federline. I don’t know what happened there but as soon as he came on to the scene something went horribly wrong.
