Lead by the always glamorous Renee Zellweger, a fleet of stars stepped out last night (May 18) attended the 69th annual American Ballet Theatre spring gala at The Metropolitan Opera House in New York City.
Partygoers including Claire Danes, Eva LaRue, Hugh Dancy, Ivanka Trump, Kelly Ripa and Mariska Hargitay strolled in to enjoy cocktails and a performance from students of the ballet company’s Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School.
Michelle Obama also made a public show of support for the arts but she snuck into the Metropolitan Opera House through an underground entrance, skipping the red carpet extravaganza.

I really love all those dresses especially CLaire’s! I do find it interesting that Ivanka was wearing a dress that revealed her arms and shoulders. She’s reportedly going through an Orthodox Judaism conversion where woman have to dress modestly. Is this a sign that things aren’t going well in Ivanka’s conversion?
I know it’s mean to say but I think the dress is wasted on someone as average looking as Renee. I just don’t think she’s attractive AT ALL. The dress is beautiful though!
