Taking a break from his presidential duties, commander-in-chief Barack Obama watched as his daughter Sasha’s soccer team in actioon in Washington DC yesterday (May 16).
Trading in his business suit for jeans and a Chicago White Sox jacket, the proud dad cheered and clapped along the sidelines at his 7-year-old daughter’s game with two Chicago friends . At one point, after Sasha’s team scored, the president excitedly shouted: “Go … go … go … goal!”
Afterwards, Barack moved on to 10-year-old daughter Malia’s soccer match before golfing the afternoon away.
In other Obama news, the prez on Sunday reached across the aisle and introduced Utah’s Republican Gov. Jon Huntsman as his choice for U.S. ambassador to China. Or whatever.

The haters can all get their pencils sharpened, but this guy is the most normal human being in Washington in decades. He is working against the odds and all those who want him to fail in order to reduce the partisan divisiveness. God bless him for trying and succeeding.
Those who want him to fail want that for their own selfish reasons. And they can line up to kiss his very fine ass.
Thank you.
um, those jeans are ugly. i am allowed to say that about the president?
SO ANONN DO WE HAVE TO HAVE YOUR PERMISSION TO
SAY ANYTHING ON THE COMMENT PAGE??
SO WHAT HE GAVE BILLIONS TO GM FORD CHRYSLER INSTEAD OF GIVING THEM ONE MONTH TO DO IT ON
THEIR OWN.!! IT IS ALSO NICE THAT HIS SECRET
SERVICE MEN ARE IN THE DISTANT…
You probably don’t want to start pointing fingers at who gave what (Bush/AIG/Sept 08 billions, was it?) (Bush/EVERYONEONFUCKINGEARTH 00-08) (as long as you were a good ‘ol boy).
Seriously, get your head out of your republican a$$ and realize the problems we’re facing are NOT OF HIS MAKING. Look at the last eight years when the Texas Terror took office with a BUDGET SURPLUS.
And yes, feel free to make fun of his dad jeans.
enemy of the state
I agree with the first post in that Barack just seems like a very down to earth normal guy, who just happens to have the most important job in the country! I think it’s really important that he makes time for his family, his little girls are only young and really need their dad. How many times did you see Clinton or Bush spending time with their kids? Hardly ever and only at official appearances.
