The Cannes cattle call continues.
Among the latest arrivals at the annual film festival were Ryan Phillippe and Abbie Cornish. The A-list couple descended upon Southern France today (May 14) following an exhuastive transatlantic flight from Los Angeles.
While it’s usually Ryan who happily hogs the spotlight, the lovebirds are in Cannes for the premiere of Abbie’s new flick, Bright Star.
In the Jane Campion-helmed romantic drama, the 26-year-old actress plays Fanny Brawne in the epic tale of her three-year romance with 19th century poet John Keats.
Bright Star is in competition for the coveted Palme d’Or award at the festival.
